Ideas for Bridal Shower Invite Cards

Idea #1

  1. Use the template as it is.
  2. Just print and cut to size.
  3. Handwrite the informations and insert into envelopes.

Idea #2

  1. Handwrite the informations onto the printed invites.
  2. Cut colored card stocks 1/8" bigger than the shower invitations on all sides.
  3. Layer the printed invitations onto the colored cardstocks.
  4. Glue.
  5. Insert into envelopes.

Idea #3

  1. Handwrite informations onto the shower invitations.
  2. Use a corner craft punch to punch each corner of the wedding invitations.
  3. Cut colored card stocks length and width 2/8" bigger than the shower invitations.
  4. Apply glue to shower invitations.
  5. Layer invitations to colored cardstocks.
  6. Insert into envelopes and send.

As you have noticed, the first idea is just print as it is and enter in all the informations in your own handwriting and send. The card stock used should be of a heavier weight as there is no backing for these invites.

The second idea above is just to add a different card stock behind the printed invitation and the third and final is taking it a step further by adding a decorative corner design to the layered invitations by using a corner punch. You could also add some blings to it by adding a little glitter glue here and there. Not too much because minimal is better. Or instead of glitter glue, add tiny sparkling gems which you buy from any scrapbooking store.

Hope you like this bridal shower invitations and the ideas given here.

Will add more printable as soon as I create them. So bookmark this page or site to stay updated for new wedding invitation projects, tutorials and printable.
